You will be called by the Companies:
this is my testing one, the others have the in-game names.
They'll not call randomly, you need to send the CV and apply for the Job:
Here is the fun part, they're locked, too... to simulate the inability of people to find good jobs right away.... they're all locked:
they unlock as you skill up in job finding:
Once you unlocked a career, you can contact them... and hope they'll consider your application:
and nope, they don't always call back to schedule an interview.
If they do, the next part will start... giving the interview!

What do you mean with "track available jobs"?

townies will not be touched by this mod at all... i made sure they didn't. It's important that they get jobs. This is for played sims.

This is looking awesome! Does the game have "slots" for jobs? Does it track how many restaurants and know it needs so many waiters. Or will it just boot a townie and give your sim a job, or does it not know or care?
