The Next Chapter
🕑 Added 2024-01-28 09:05:29 +0000 UTCHello Members! I know it’s late but the epiphany occured to me the past couple days of the direction of the channel/patreon now that Adventure Time is complete. AT Fans don’t worry, the full uncut reactions of Fionna and Cake will be out soon. They should all be here in the first week of February.
So now the juicy details. I’m going on an experimental direction for the next couple of months. With AT doing the heavy lifting and the random SpongeBob episodes, the channel is in a stand still. Futurama is the first official series to get the honors of the Pilot treatment. Followed by MLP which will be an upcoming one and JJBA Part 3 (this isn’t a new unseen show but it’s a way to try and tap into Anime on the channel). After that, it’s pretty much up in the air as I’ll be monitoring how those series do. So I feel reacting to pilots or a couple episodes of shows I haven’t seen will allow more maximum flexibility to stay engaged with my uploads, learn YouTube and it’s mysterious ways, and to also get my members and subscribers the chance to dictate the direction! So paid members can potentially decide the trajectory of the channel! If the selected pilot/episodes gets good traction on YouTube then it could potentially become a mainstay on the channel. Who knows if any of the initial ideas I have (Futurama, MLP, and JJBA) work out so I suppose they are on call.
For the picking of the pilot, We’ll need to discuss what is and isn’t likely since perhaps a selection could be for a show I have plans to get to in the future but for the most part a lot of shows should be fair game.
The shows on the second picture ARE NOT THE ONLY OPTIONS but just to show you guys the range and potential that’s there.
It’s going to be a lot of monitoring and trial/error but I think giving some power to the members will be so beneficial! I hope you guys will continue to be on this journey with me 🤜🤛

Noted. Almost all the series I do the pilot reaction to will be determined on the views it gets and demand. So even if it was underwhelming it mainly depends on the YouTube/patrons.

Note: the first episode is probably the worst out of them all. It’s not bad it’s just not very eventful. The show gets better with every episode so far ep 4-6 are really good. Just don’t base the quality of the show on ep 1 it gets better.

Yes! Need some anime on the channel. Now the issue is with the watch order since I’ve heard about that 😂. Also I’m not the biggest action fan but nonetheless it is in good hands

Awesome! Most likely I’ll watch the first episode in the midst of this month. Really going to try out the pilot format and see if it works or goes anywhere. Also it’s crazy but I think arguably this stretch of AT of S6 hasn’t been the best for the channel but I’ve had 25 new subs. So that extremely encouraging and shows potential in the infused stuff

Well a safe bet would be watching fate. Gives decent views as well so I wouldn’t worry about that. And it’s pretty good especially animation wise. After all, it’s animated by ufotable.

Definitely would. Season 1 is also and I heard the pilot is good. So there’s potential. Just unsure if it would only get pilot treatment or be a full fledged series

You would still get a load of views either way. Small channels that usually get like 600 views per reaction can sometimes get 25k views from just one of these(sometimes).

Hazbin hotel came out so if your unsure of what to watch someday you can definitely check that out. So far it’s pretty good. Definitely beats out helluva boss.
