Pledges Cosmetic Update

As development of Elfheim moves onward and our content grows, we are also planning on revamping our page in a lot of ways, the first update comes to overhaul our previous pledge titles and images.
This change won't affect rewards, it's purely cosmetic.
Discord roles are being updated to reflect this as well.
Our new system displays an "Adventurer's Guild" tag theme and features an easy to remember progression in precious materials, they also look awesome and were designed by none other than Sunna himself.
The pledge titles are:
- Wood
- Porcelain
- Iron
- Bronze
- Silver
- Gold
Changes are already live.
