当然这还没结束，因为我的腰恢复了，最近我购买了一台室内脚踏车，继续我的锻炼健身事业，然而在骑了一个月之后我发觉我手臂的每个关节都开始疼痛，于是我不得不再次去医院检查，被确诊为痛风，而且我一个月的锻炼并没有起效，我的血脂反而升高了！
短时间内剧烈的无氧运动会显著的提升尿酸，尤其是没有得到足够水分的时候，我想这大概就是我痛风的原因，我不吸烟不喝酒，为什么遭遇这些事情啊…
我现在的愿望就是成功活着，活到我完成游戏之后！

Looks like the volcano area is starting to take shape. I'm sorry to hear about your numerous health-related issues, I hope it get better. If working out didn't help maybe you should consider going on a diet (assuming that you aren't already on one).
