As someone who is in the world of Medicine i know the importance of taking care of yourself, to give yourself time to heal even if it means in this case to not make an update, and thats totally fine and understandable my friend, im sure that i talk for everyone here when i say "You and your Health comes first over than making progress in a game, so take all the time you need! and we hope you get better!" it is really important to take time to Heal.
