Well...he's been attacked by numerous latex beasts ever since he woke up. The fact that the tigersharks and squid pups prioritize fighting each other more than assimilating Colin probably gives him a moment to take a deep breath, and Puro is, as you just said, reassuring him that he's fine (for now). Personally I love the expression on the Snow Leopard's face. The look of bewilderment/confusion towards the aforementioned two is really funny to me. Also, do the bosses themselves have individual names to separate them from their species?

The picture makes me laugh cause Colin looks like he's exhausted after seeing Tigershark x Squid Dog, whereas Puro is reassuring him it's not all bad.
