Would that explain that menu that's in the game? The one that has the buttons only in the Chinese language where the only one that works is the save, and also those HP and MP bars?

A bit out of context to the post itself (looks great by the way, love the style!) but i've been curious. Does Dr. K have any piece of music associated to him directly, basically a theme? I guess you could make the argument most of the generic chase scenes are his theme but neverless. Maybe i'm wrong and i'm just dumb but i think it'd be cool if he got his own theme similar to puro or hell even prototype or other minor characters.
