Broadcast Mr. Orange on the intercom! If it worked for Puro, it has to work for even squid dogs, sharks, dark latex wolves (especially Wolf King because his relevance ends immediately after his section). Oh wait, K doesn't want to.

I'm guessing what you mean by "alive" is "still human", cuz the subjects and scientists who became latex/glue beasts aren't dead, but the scientists see it that way because of how the people TF'd aren't the same, but even so, they are still people, and are still technically alive, and as shown with people like Puro, they can be reasoned with, and can be more than just "mindless monsters with the only salvation for them being the release of death" (obviously not many people have views like that, but there probably would be someone, judging by past experiences, like the crusades and junk, humans aren't exactly too kind to other people)
