You shouldn't be stubborn or feel guilt. You should however be more patient with everything. You have all the time in the world to get Special Edition finished. Don't hold yourself to such a high standard, nor punish yourself for not reaching it. It's all a hobby/passion project at the end of the day. Your health is more important.

You should take vacations more often. Don't worry so much about deadlines, you're not operating some large company. The entire point of being a one man army is to get away from all that red tape to begin with. Not that you should lose that sense of duty, just try to embrace that independent spirit more often.
