I'm glad to hear you enjoyed your trip well (although there are some big problems) and there's no big problem on your health! Like doctor's say, please don't push yourself and relax fully. Get out of pressure and stress of update(not just this month, but anytime you want or need). I hope your mental and physical health get better more and more.
