[Spoiler alert] Solution of 2nd disinfection room: https://imgur.com/a/Ynq1Uzx (1) Create 2 vertical columns of cones on either side of the right cone barrier (space where you cannot place the cones in front of the vent), with these: (1.1) With the right column of cones have 2 indents on the bottom-right of the room (to act as a trap for the light latex dogs) (1.2) The left column to have a space at the bottom so that BOTH of them get stuck in that indent, and have an opening atop both columns of cones for you to run across. (2) Activate the disinfection room switch. (3) As soon as the dialogue box disappear, immediately head south, so that the first light latex dog heads south and gets trapped in the indent. (4) Wait till the second light latex dog to appear and lure that also into the indent with the first. (5) Wait till the dialogue box appear and disappear (happens when the disinfection is done, game does not pause during this event), then run atop both cone columns, making sure the indent delays both of them. (6) As soon as you get past the left cone column, head south by 2 tiles immediately (so you have the left column between you and the light latex dogs), so that the light latex dogs get stuck into the left cone column instead of getting around it, stay on that Y-axis and head left (7) Then once you get close to the door, head north and then left, you should make it before they're able to catch up to you.
