Another reminder for iOS users - IMPORTANT
🕑 Added 2025-07-12 15:57:52 +0000 UTCI previously posted about how bad the iOS app is for us. But I do not see any changes being made towards this. Guys! Please, you are being charged more tax when you use iOS to pay for my Patreon tier, and I need to wait 3 months to get the money EACH month you are subbing to me. So it keeps on adding, and I am without money. Please, PLEASE, if you can, subscribe to me with a normal payment method. Do not be scammed by iOS!
The story:
In 2024, the Apple store forced Patreon to use their payment methods, which included 30% more tax on you guys. On top of that, the money has been held from artists for 75 days! I am one of them, and it is excruciating not to receive money for the work I am doing.
Fast-forward to two weeks ago. Patreon has finally won the case for artists, forcing Apple to allow payments via methods other than iOS. This means you'll pay less! There will be no more 30% charge on you.
If anyone here is using IOS payment, please reconsider resubscribing with a normal payment method. This will cost you much less, and I will receive the money the moment you pay. Thank you for the support.
