Chapter #1: A new start.
In a place filled with a lot of people, there was a trio, they were famous, a red-haired man was wearing a black cloak and black boots, a dark-haired man with glasses, and emerald eyes was wearing white running shoes, pale blue jeans, and a plain white shirt, and lastly but not least important was a curly, brown-haired woman wearing white running shoes, tight blue jeans and a red blouse with stripes.
“So, Harry, Hermione…This is it…Good luck at Hogwarts guys!” The red-haired man said as he hugged the curly-haired woman and the messy dark-haired man.
The three of them were on a train station and judging by the sounds they were hearing, it seemed like the train was about to start its journey.
“I still can’t believe you’re coming with us Ron but good luck with the Aurors, maybe I’ll join you next year!” Harry said with a weak smile on his face.
“Good luck Ron…I know you’re going to do great, the world had just recently witnessed your potential after the war but I always knew you had it in you!” Hermione told the redhead who smiled brightly at them.
They shared one last look before Ron disappeared, it was time for Harry and Hermione to get inside the train and find a place to sit, it took them a few minutes but they finally found a compartment.
“This is so nostalgic, this will be the last time we’ll do this,” Hermione couldn’t help but feel a little melancholic.
“Ah, I know what you mean my dear, well, maybe after graduating you can soon join the Hogwarts staff and do this every year…I mean, I’ve heard that some teachers are planning on retiring…The two of us could become teachers, it would be fun, we have enough credentials anyway!” Harry said with a confident tone.
“Oh my god…So arrogant Harry Potter…I need to fix that arrogance of yours!” The brown-haired witch said before she slammed her lips against Harry’s ones.
And it didn’t take too long for the dark-haired man to kiss the woman back, after all, this isn’t an unusual setting. Harry and Hermione have been dating ever since the end of their first year, they confessed their love when they were going to die, Harry was eleven and Hermione was twelve, so, everyone thought that their relationship was nothing but an innocent school romance that wouldn’t last forever.
They were so wrong, their relationship only became more and more serious as time went by, they’ve lived a lot of adventures, and their relationship has survived the hardships, something that seems kind of magical because a lot of teenage relationships are doomed from the start but Hermione and Harry are connected in a different level, it’s like the moment they met, they were meant to be together.
Harry and Hermione continued to deepen the kiss, Hermione couldn’t stop herself from lowering one hand to touch Harry’s crotch while Harry moved his hands and placed them in Hermione’s bum, the kiss was getting more and more intense and they couldn’t help but suppress each other’s moans as they continued kissing.
They were alone in the compartment, so, they didn’t have any restraint to kiss and move around the place, or at least things were like that until they heard someone knocking on the door. Their eyes widened as they were caught kissing while they were on the floor with Harry on top of Hermione, soon, they regained their composure and got back to their feet.
It didn't take too long for Harry and Hermione to open the door where they found a short blonde woman who was smiling brightly at them.
“Oh, hey Luna,” Harry said looking at the figure of a pretty blonde who was wearing slippers and a long dress with all colors of the rainbow.
“You…You look good Luna,” Hermione said as she tried to look more regal.
The blonde could only giggle as she saw her two friends acting so embarrassed, they were so cute in her opinion and she had always been a fan of their relationship, Luna didn’t know why but she felt like their compatibility was incredible, she could only compare their compatibility with the ones of couples that have been married for decades.
“Hey guys…I know you two are busy, and please…Don’t feel embarrassed, if I were dating any of you I would’ve been doing the same thing,” Luna winked at them and they couldn’t help but blush.
“Don’t say that Luna…I’m sure you’re going to find someone better than any of us,” Hermione tried to change the awkward mood to something calmer.
“Yeah, but in the meantime, I wouldn’t mind sharing the bed with any of you guys…Or maybe both!” Luna clearly had no sense of restraint and that was a blessing and a curse at the same time.
“We’re flattered Luna but—” Harry couldn’t finish.
“We’ll think about it, Luna…Why don’t you sit and tell us what did you after the battle? How was your summer?” Hermione asked with a raised brow.
Harry was grateful Hermione was his girlfriend, she was so good when it came to changing subjects of conversations, and Luna who was interested in something more kinky suddenly forgot about those desires and smiled brightly at them, she clearly wanted to share what she did this summer after the battle of Hogwarts.
She told them about how she took her father on a trip to South America to cheer him up, the war and her kidnapping really took a toll on her dad man, Harry, and Hermione listened with sincere smiles and total interest.
“So…Did you have luck with your parents, Hermione?” Asked Luna with a curious tone.
“Yeah, we had to lie to them though, when we and Harry went to visit them in Australia and got their memories back, we told them that the order did it, that they stunned Hermione and obliviated her parents' memories before they shipped them to Australia, and that when Hermione woke up, it was too late and dangerous for her to do anything,” Harry explained before sighing. "Dumbledore left us a letter telling us we can blame him," Harry lied.
Actually, Dumbledore told him that when they met in the afterlife when Voldemort killed him in the forbidden forest, but of course, none but him, Ron, and Hermione knew about that experience, the last thing he wanted was to make people curious about Horcruxes if they explained what truly happened.
“It’s okay, sometimes we do things for people to protect them, but in this case, I’m sure if they knew the truth they could've ended up resenting you Hermione, you did it to protect them…” Luna said as she caressed one of Hermione’s hands.
“I know Luna but…I still feel a bit guilty, you know? On the other hand, if I had the chance I'm sure I would do it again, after all, the war and our quest changed us,” Hermione couldn’t help but sigh before she felt her boyfriend’s arm in one of her shoulders.
“Right now they’re in Australia, it seems like their new dental business is going well, so, we decided to let them be, we’re going to visit them at least once a weekend every month by international portkey, we want to make it up for the lost time because not only Hermione missed them, I did too!” Harry said with a bright smile.
Hermione couldn’t help but blush at her boyfriend’s words, she had always heard that a boyfriend would always be wary and scared of his girlfriend’s parents but sometimes Harry seemed to be very eager to visit them even more than her, she couldn’t help feel lucky that he fell in love with her.
“Luna…We’re also planning to have a very fun year this time with Voldemort gone and his followers executed or in Azkaban, we’re going to have the best year of our lives, I think all of us deserve to have a year without anything disturbing us,” Harry said with a cheerful expression.
“That sounds amazing…I love fun things, I hope I’m considered in your plans!” Luna said with a hopeful tone.
“Of course you are Luna, in fact, I already have something fun planned for the three of us do, Harry and I already discussed it and we were waiting for someone to join us, it’s a pleasure that you’re going to be the first one who'll join us!” Hermione smiled at the shorter blonde.
Harry was a bit confused by his girlfriend’s expression, he doesn’t remember saying or discussing something like that with her, he was looking at his girlfriend with a confused expression, and no matter how much he tried to think about it, he didn’t have a clue about what she was talking about.
“Hermione, what are you—” Harry was about to question his girlfriend.
However, his eyes suddenly widened when Hermione proposed to him something when they had a muggle date a few weeks ago, after watching a movie they went for burgers at a famous chain, and one of the waitresses was shamelessly flirting with Harry even though he was with his girlfriend.
One of the most surprising things was that Hermione wasn’t angry or jealous, she was actually amused, but the surprises didn’t end there.
“I think we should take her into our bed,” Hermione told him with a smirk.
And to say that Harry was taken aback by that proposal or the fact that her amused look never disappeared off her face was a memory that would remain in his head for the rest of his life.
