At Britain's magical mental asylum, something impressive and scary was happening, two Aurors were escorting a young man, he was barely eighteen years old, he had long black hair, blue eyes, and pale skin like the one of a ghost, and his hands and feet were completely restricted, he was like a living doll and he was only moving because the Aurors were controlling his body with magic, they walked for almost ten minutes until they reached a certain office that was suddenly opened.
“Gentlemen, thank you for your service,” a brown-haired woman coming out of the office said with a cheerful expression.
She has long bushy brown hair and an interesting figure, she’s wearing white shoes, a black skirt, a red blouse, and a white lab coat over her body.
“We’ll be outside in case anything happens Doctor Granger,” one of the Aurors said.
“And please, even though this person has shown signs of recovery, you should be wary of him, after all, he was one of the most brutal Voldemort followers despite his young age,” the other Auror said and the Doctor just smiled at them.
“Don’t worry officers, I’m sure Mr. Veiss is more than ready to speak his mind…I’ve heard the people in charge of your treatment have seen some progress, right?” Asked the doctor with the sweetest smile on her face.
The restricted wizard could only nod with a shy blush on his face, the doctor was too pretty, and even though she was a muggle-born witch, you can't control who you feel attracted to.
“Well, I’m glad you guys are here, so, I’m sure this young man won’t try to do anything, right?” She asked the patient and he nodded without thinking twice.
The Aurors were still wary of the former death eater, but it was part of their nature, they needed to be in constant vigilance, so, they nodded at her, and soon, the woman let the patient get into her office, and soon, the patient took a seat on a couch as he read the plaque with her name…
“Doctor Hermione Jane Granger,” he said in a low tone as he memorized her name, and then he realized she was Harry Potter's friend and he didn't know how he should feel about this.
“Yes, that’s my name, however, I’m a different kind of doctor from what most people in the magical world think a doctor is,” the woman said in a calm tone. “I’m a magical psychiatrist and I’m in charge of taking care of something as important as people’s body…Their minds!” She said in an ecstatic tone.
The young man was surprised, ever since he came here he had received nothing but potions to control his impulses, however, what she was talking about sounded so foreign and weird to him that he didn’t know how to feel.
“Now, let me—” Hermione was about to say but suddenly, the chimney behind her lighted up. “Oh sorry…Someone’s calling,” she said in an embarrassed tone.
And suddenly, the moment Hermione made the death eater face her back, something broke inside him, there was rage, he felt alone, ignored, humiliated, and insulted, someone like him didn’t deserve to be treated like that by a mere muggle, so, surprisingly, he suddenly took a wand out of his mouth and it didn’t take too long for him to point the wand at the woman’s body, and soon, the Aurors outside the office could only hear an explosion…
Meanwhile at the Greengrass family countryside manor…
Harry Potter didn’t know how to feel after the call he had with his friend Hermione, she was the head magical psychiatrist at Britain's magical mental asylum. Knowing she was someone so dedicated to school, it wasn’t a surprise for Harry to hear that his friend wanted to pursue a higher education, so, the woman enrolled herself in the ministry's higher education program, to be more precise in the psychology and psychiatric department which is a career path that seems to get less and less attention from the graduates because magical people don't care about their mental health.
That’s why she managed to become a psychiatrist at such a young age, the standards in the magical world and the knowledge needed to become a psychiatrist are completely different compared to the muggle world where it takes almost ten years for a person to get to that point.
However, the reason why she became a psychiatrist wasn’t for her to become a normal magical psychiatrist, that’s too boring as the study and care of the mind are so primitive in the magical world, she’s more like an investigator, after all, she firmly believes that to avoid people like Voldemort from existing, it’s important to take care of the magical citizens’ mental health.
That’s why Harry was happy right now, he recently called her through their magical flame system because he wanted to ask his best friend for a personal session for Daphne Greengrass. It’s been a month since she changed her attitude, she’s calmer now, she has completely changed, and even though he was curious about the sudden change, it was a very welcome one because this new attitude of hers will make things easier for him, if she gets better he can finally get back to his normal duties.
Most people in the Auror department had given up on Greengrass, but after seeing her progress and the fact that she did it while he was guarding her, it was a signal that she was ready to get an audience to get her sentence reduced and with that, he’ll be free sooner too, everybody wins.
However, to demonstrate that she has changed and that she’s ready to get an audience, she needs some therapy sessions to prove she has progressed, so, Harry decided to contact his best friend to take care of this, she was too interested in studying the blonde and she was acting like a school girl after she heard that she was going to have the chance to study the blonde and he was just waiting for Daphne Greengrass to finish today’s confinement punishment to tell her everything.
Meanwhile with Daphne Greengrass…
The blonde was excited but not because she was about to finish today’s punishment time, no, she was happy and excited because her plan was a success, life seemed to get better for her while she was locked in this house with Harry Potter.
Not only she was not being yelled at anymore, but she was receiving more than pure indifference from him, Daphne was receiving more and more benefits every day just because of her good behavior, it was humiliating to be guarded by a Gryffindor but by doing that her life has become better, so, even though she’s a little conflicted this is all part of her master plan.
Daphne thinks that Harry Potter is so naive, he thinks he already has her under control but what he doesn’t know is that she’s just waiting for the right moment to strike back at him, she is going to make him pay and she is feeling she was getting closer and closer to finally seduce him.
After all, she had caught the man staring at her randomly just to look away after realizing she was aware she was being watched, he was acting more gentle with her lately and he was even more courteous, and she was playing the game of flirting but without being explicit, just mere compliments and random body touches were enough to make him feel nervous but she disguised everything as nothing but concidences and this was just the start, she was going to have fun until he finally falls in love with her.
She wanted to continue rejoicing about her successful plan but the door was suddenly opened by Harry Potter.
“Miss Greengrass, today's punishment’s over…It’s supper time,” he said in a calm tone, and with the most gracious movements, she got on her feet and nodded at him. “But before you eat, there’s something I’d like to tell you, something that will help you reduce your sentence,” he said cheerfully.
She couldn’t help but smirk on her mind, she thought he was already falling for her due to his attitude, it seemed like he couldn't wait for her to be free so he could be with her.
Meanwhile, back at the asylum, there was chaos, Doctor Granger’s officer had just exploded and it seemed like the Aurors were completely taken by surprise by this, and the moment they opened the door, they were surprised to find lots of smoke in the room, but the Aurors' eyes suddenly widened while the smoke was disappearing little by little.
“Oh, I’m glad you’re here guys, I received an important call and I need to meet someone important…Would you take care of the patient please?” Asked Hermione with a calm expression.
Suddenly, the Auror’s eyes became bigger than they already were the moment the prisoner’s body fell from the roof, and the most shocking thing was that the former death eater’s head was gone, it seemed like it exploded.
“Oh, and please take care of my office,” Hermione said with the calmest tone possible.
To say that the guards were shocked would be an understatement, they shouldn't be shocked though, she's Harry Potter's best friend after all.
