“Only a handful of them, and they are the ones that manage to join the astronomy department in the ministry, they’re the only ones licensed to do that, after all, if wizards were able to travel across the universe they would create an economic mess by mining lots of precious metals like gold and bringing them to earth would break our economy, also, it's also dangerous to explore the space without a license because you can bring diseases to possible planets with live forms,” Harry explained and Daphne’s eyes widened, the answer in the book was too short but in resume, he was able to cover more than he needed to cover.

Now she saw why he was picked up by the professor, he may look like he never cared about grades but to say he wasn't smart would be a complete lie, Daphne didn’t know if she should feel excited or impressed, however, there was another thing she was expecting the most, she was waiting to see what the professor had planned to do for him.
“Very well Mr. Potter, it seems like you have truly been reading the papers I published years ago about the consequences of letting wizards roam freely throughout space,” Professor Sinistra said with a smirk and soon, she decided to get her hand out of his boxers. “Harry, stand tall!” The older witch ordered and it didn’t take too long for Harry to do as he was told.
