Summary: Harry Potter, the strongest wizard in the world becomes the object of study of Daphne and Susan’s investigation, however, as they investigate they suddenly become interested in something that has nothing to do with the investigation…
Pairing: Harry/Daphne Greengrass/Susan Bones.
Chapter #1: The department of magical biology.

The Department of Magical Biology is one of the most ancient departments of the Ministry of Magic of Great Britain, yes, science in the magical world is not the same as the one in the muggle world, but there are still investigations, especially when it comes to the differences between magical people and muggles, biologically speaking of course.
What makes magically gifted people being able to have magic on their bodies? What makes muggles unable to? Why evolution has made these two sides of the same coin so different and at which point muggles and magical people moved in different directions? Those are just a few of the many questions that surround the mystery of the magical people's evolution.
It is believed that those things have been answered already but for some reason the information disappeared, a lot of magical people claim that all that information perished in the burning of the library of Alexandria, in fact, a lot of ancient magical theorists claim that the reason of the burning was the magical section, meanwhile other conspiracy theorists argue that Merlin had all the answers but he didn’t reveal them because the truth was too horrible for the general magical population.
Of course, all those who claim those theories as true have zero evidence to back themselves up, there’s nothing but conjectures and tales passed from one person to another through the ages, so, instead of wasting time with tales that even for magical standards sound more like fantasy than reality, magical people decided to take the biological discoveries that muggles have made and use them as a starting point to fund the basis of the magical biology.
Of course, the investigations aren’t moving at a very fast pace because this kind of investigation is very limited due to the complexity of the instruments used for it, only the magical governments can allow themselves to study this stuff, and that’s why there’s no magic biology institutes and the fact that magical people have no universities just makes things harder.
Very few people manage to be part of this department, or in the case of magical Britain is in this way because every year at least one hundred Hogwarts graduates apply to enter this department with two max people joining and sometimes even none.
But for those that make it, they practically have their lives solved with the amazing pay they get and the knowledge they can acquire, it’s a career path for special people, you need to have passion and talent, something very rare to find amongst magical people because even if most are naturally gifted when it comes to magic, they lack the motivation to have any passion to use magic for more than fulfill their simplest desires, and when humans are happy in simple ways like these, there’s no point in seeking for knowledge.
Surprisingly, three years ago something amazing happened, after more than three hundred years, three applicants managed to join the magical biology department, with the three of them being witches, there’s a brown-haired one, a blonde, and a red-haired one, and this precise moment, these three witches are alone in a room with a dark-haired wizard.
“Hermione, I know you’re in charge of this project and we’re best friends, but… Why does it have to be me?” Asked the man feeling a little uncomfortable.
Don’t misunderstand him, in very different circumstances he’d love to be alone with these women, well, with the exception of his best friend who’s currently married to his other best friend but on the other side we have a cute blonde one with a serious expression and a bubbly red-haired one with a soft smile on her face, her body is hard to ignore especially in that tight white shirt and tight blue jeans she’s wearing.
His best friend is dressed in an elegant white dress and the blonde is wearing black high heels, a black mini-skirt, and a tight white blouse, her hair is arranged in a ponytail.
“Nothing against you girls… Daphne, Susan,” the dark-haired wizard said with a weak smile to the two remaining women.
“Don’t worry Harry,” Susan said not stopping her smile.
“We get it, that's something you don't usually ask a friend to do, so, I guess it makes sense for you to be a little hesitant to accept,” Daphne said before sighing and Harry agreed with her.
Harry has known Hermione for almost half of his life, this year their friendship will reach its eleven year, but even if he usually doesn’t hang out with the blonde and the redhead, Harry has nothing against them.
“Thank you for understanding and—" Harry tried to say to the blonde but she suddenly stopped him.
“Still, I would love if you accepted to work with us,” now the usually cold woman had a soft smile on her face.
According to some of the people he knows (usually guys) when the blonde smiles is because she’s plotting something against someone and the only one she could have something against would be him, not only because he’s not accepting but also because he defeated the idol of her house: the Slytherin house.
Three years ago, he defeated the strongest wizard in decades, someone who was threatening to destroy the world, and yet, he seized him, he managed to destroy him, and even though this gained him a lot of respect from the sane magical people this also made him gain a lot of enemies from his faction.
Of course, even if Daphne belongs to the same house as that bastard, actually, he never saw her in public supporting him nor even in his army as apparently she and her family ran away to hide from him and his goons, he’s still a little wary of the Slytherins though even if they hang out with his best friend (Hermione)
“Harry,” soon his thoughts were interrupted when the redhead approached him and lowered her body to be at his level.
The dark-haired wizard couldn’t stop himself from looking at her bosom, it was nicely shaped and clearly, she had the biggest amongst all the women in the room.
“S-Susan…What can I do for you?” Harry said trying to not lose control of the situation.
“I know is too much but, we’re trying to make a study based on the resistance of the unforgivables, and for that subject, there’s no better wizard for us to study than… Well, you,” the redhead said in a sweet tone and Harry couldn’t help but gulp.
“Nice, she’s using her cuteness to convince him,” Daphne said to Hermione.
“Her cuteness is already lethal but it’s twice for him because she’s a redhead,” Hermione added and Daphne nodded.
“You’re also going to get paid and the Auror department will not count this as vacation for you because it's for the progress of magical science!” Susan said cheerfully and Harry couldn’t stop himself from looking at her bouncing breasts, those were the biggest he had seen on a woman aside from the ones Molly had of course.
“O-Okay, I’ll accept,” Harry said and soon he signed a paper to give them full consent to do as they want with him, he didn’t even take a minute to analyze the contract. “So, Susan, what do—” Harry was about to ask the redhead.
But Susan’s expression suddenly changed, her cute expression quickly disappeared, and soon she became more serious.
“Don’t talk unless you’re ordered to,” the redhead said in a cold tone before she covered Harry’s eyes with a spell.
“What? Where are you taking me?” Asked Harry a little worried.
“To the magical biology department of course, but there are some things you can’t see due to the secrecy of the department, nothing personal,” Daphne said before they moved a blinded Harry around the magical biology department.
Once Harry was finally in the testing rooms, he was asked to remove his clothes but they didn't want him naked so he ended up wearing nothing but his tight black boxers, except for Hermione, the women were impressed by his physique, but more especially by something on his crotch, still, they quickly removed those thoughts off their heads and focused on the important thing: the tests.
First, they made the basic tests as it is in the muggle world, they were collecting his physical attributes like weight, height, magical core temperature, and so many other surprising things like his blood type, and even if they knew he needed glasses as he was wearing them, they still made him do a vision test.
Next, they made a lot of tests to prove his magical abilities, like speed, range, power, accuracy, and many others, they also analyzed his defense patterns.
They continued the tests, and with his eyes completely blindfolded they put him through many artifacts, it wasn’t painful for him but for some reason, he felt tired after those secret tests.
The tests continued and Harry was getting more and more tired, he hated himself for having a weakness for pretty redheads with big boobs like Susan who was completely focused on the project (as she should).
“Hermione… Don’t you think those are more than enough tests for today!?” Harry asked completely exhausted from moving from side to side.
“Just a few more and—” Hermione was about to say but then someone barged into the room. “Penelope, what’s going on?” Asked Hermione to an older woman.
“It’s the minister, it seems like he forgot he approved the budget for this project and we're at risk of getting the project completely shut down,” the older woman said and Hermione groaned.
“Not again, it seems like I need to remind Kingsley who supported his cause during the war,” Hermione took a folder and she was about to leave but before she did that she looked at her colleagues. “Girls, I need to solve this nonsense, I think we’re done with the main tests right now but if you need to get more details you’re free to do it in the next hour if I don't come back, let Harry go,” Hermione finally decided to take her leave and went along with Penelope who waved them goodbye.
“Well, you heard her girls, just clean up and all that stuff,” Harry suddenly said with a grin, he was ready to go now.
“What are you doing?” Asked Daphne with a serious expression.
“I know Kingsley, there’s no way Hermione is solving that problem today, let’s just call it quits girls, you already got enough information anyway… See ya!” Harry was about to get dressed once again and the girls couldn’t help but look at each other.
What he was telling was the truth, however, there was another subject they were interested in, something they couldn’t investigate before because there was no way Hermione would allow it.
“Wait… Don’t go yet Harry, please!” Susan tried to stop the tired man.
“It’s over Susan, I’ll come back tomorrow,” Harry said before sighing. “What else do you want to study anyway?” Asked the wizard with a confused expression, they did everything with him, he couldn’t imagine what was left to investigate unless it had to do with them looking at his organs.
And seeing the cold expression Daphne usually has and the fact that she’s a Slytherin, he can’t help but shiver at the thought of them doing that, Susan may look like a cute and sweet girl but in his experience, those kinds of women are the most twisted ones.
“Your penis,” Daphne suddenly said.
The room became completely silent, and even Susan was kind of surprised by her friend and colleague’s honesty, the two of them were curious about this part of Harry’s body, however, it was too risky to ask for that.
“What?” Harry asked, not believing what he just heard.
“Your penis…We’d like to see more of this part of your body,” Daphne added and she never changed her expression.
Harry was still stunned, all his motivation to leave was disappearing little by little, he was already making himself to the idea of coming back to the comfort of his home, and yet, now it seemed like he didn’t have the strength to do it, it's been a long time since he has faced a very complex situation like this.

Yeah, I didn't want to fully include Hermione because I wanted to give more attention to the Daphne/Susan duo as it's not usual to see them together!

Nice start and I like the way you got Hermione only tangentially involved. It's going to be interesting to see just how in depth teir investigations are. I foresee a lot of probing situations.
