『首こりです』update 002

トレーニングのせいなのか、悪い姿勢で長く座っていたせいなのかはわかりませんが、
ホットパックを使っても首の調子が良くならないです。
1日休んでみます。明日も良くならなければ病院に行きます。

might get muscle pain in the shoulder and neck desu.
Not sure if this is because of the workout or sitting in a bad position too long,
but after using the hot template, my neck still don't feel better desu.
gonna take 1 day break, if not get better tomorrow will go to hospital desu.
