Finally we are free from Pike... Hate that ant lol. Phinks really shines here! Such an underrated character imo. Feitan is a little badass

I loved the shot of Phinks carrying Kalluto at 11:04. One of the many examples of how much of the big brother he is to the troupe.

No more spider anus, we are saved!

The subtitles dont really show it properly but feitan actually always speaks in broken japanese which is an interesting trait

zazan has to be modeled after zarbon right?

Ryan

Great set of episodes. Felt like pure fan service and I love it. Also, I believe Zazan is heavily inspired by Zarbon from DBZ.

You shooting for Monday Friday uploads?

Feitan is speaking Japanese in reverse, but the glyphs on the right that show up while he talks look made up to me. Trying to look up those in Chinese or Japanese didn't bring up anything (except for a few), but they are made of smaller parts that do exists in real characters, here they are just combined in a unique way.

Feitan just speaks backwards on Japanese when in action if I remember correctly

I find Phinks moral compass to be the most endearing and complex in the entire show. It’s flexible to many situations, as shown by when he found himself sharing knowledge on Nen with Gon and Killua, as well as delivering Pakunoda’s thanks - and then otherwise leaving the boys be… whereas here he found it appropriate to honor his people by urging them to die on their feet rather than on their knees. As well as his apparent concern for Chrollo during both parts of the timeline. Such a strong character honestly. Capable of absolute carnage yet can employ compassion with nuance to a surprising degree. The fluid humanity Togashi writes his characters to have never ceases to amaze

Glad you're enjoying the phantom troupe fan service :) With respect to Feitan subtitles, it's because he's speaking backwards in Japanese while his ability is active. They do this in a bunch of the dubs too which is fun.
