I donโt necessarily come back to this episode for the fights as much as I do for the amount of gags that 100% land for me. Dr Rota, Ooga Booga Goku and Vegeta tossing rocks, โNOBODY CARES,โ and others. Over the top dorky gags like these are 100% what I come to DB for

Dr Rota was unfairly eliminated before he was able to show off his ability. The writers screwed him up! They didnโt even let him use hisโ

This episodeโs rather interesting. Itโs not often you see Dragon Ball characters fighting each other using full on coordinated tactical assaults.

In the manga, Dr. Rota also fell victim to the same gag as he had been eliminated โoff-screenโ before getting to reveal any of his techniques. It did however suggest that heโs a magic user by having him say that he couldnโt โcast any spellsโ.

As Iโve said before, I havenโt seen many episodes from this arc in English, so I was rather surprised they got Richard Horvitz of all people to voice Dr. Rota ๐. You two would recognize him as the voice of Moxxie in Helluva Boss.
