This set is basegame compatible and maxis match and includes 42 new items:
Build: Bicolor tiles (floor, wall and platform), color tiles (floor, wall and platform), wooden deck (floor, wall & platform), wavy pool shape, lagoon pool shape, dead calm water color, pretty water color.
Comfort: Dining chair, lounge chair.
Surface: Rectangle table, square table.
Functional: Cooler box, ladder, lounge float, donut float.
Decor: Floating ball, umbrella (can be slotted into umbrella base), cocktail glasses, leaning donut float, face decal (detailed or minimalist), flip flops, ping pong paddles, plastic beach bag, folded towel, unfolded towel.
Lighting: Neon light, wall light.
Plant: Banana planted tree, Palm planted tree, Windmill palm planted tree.

Yeah It seems so :( I tried to make it basegame and I actually tested it while disabling all my packs and it worked, but apparently you still need City living (or university ? i don't remember which pack it was) :(

Hii! I love this set! Everything is perfect however the ping pong table doesn't seem to be showing up in my game even after deleting and reinstalling the file. I think it may not be base game compatible as described? That's the only thing missing though. Thank you so much for this set nonetheless <3
