🕑 Added 2024-01-03 15:27:33 +0000 UTCCheap & Chipped is a collection with refurbished, used, dirty or vintage furnitures/build, with textures in two states (clean & dirty/used). It can be used to play bad landlord, low budget sims or rags to riches gameplay.
This set includes 37 items basegame compatible & low poly:
- Build: Parquet floor in clean/nicked and dirty state with separate plank boards hole as rugs. Tiles in 3 states aswell with separate wall/floor broken tiles. Appartement doors with security lock.
- Comfort: Single & double bed with separate spring bedframe, wrinkled sofa, vintage chair
- Furnitures: Vintage table (folded or open), upside down crate table
- Lighting: Glass vintage ceiling lamp
- Appliance: Portable top gas stove
- Electronic: Minitel (as computer - Minitels are french ancestor of internet used between 1980/2000)
- Plumbing: Sink, toilet and shower
- Decor: Calendar, electric cables and sheathing poking out the wall, ripped wallpaper, mirror, finished roll toilet paper, worn out rug

I'm using the Pose mod by Andrew from S4S, you can play animation from the game, so I'm using the animation from excavating, changing the audio of the chisel to a hammer in the edit. it's all fake, they're not actually working on it ^^
