[DOWNLOAD] Boulangerie (french bakery) build lot

Yesterday I made a unscheduled stream where we built the Boulangerie lot that you can download and place directly furnished ! I created it in the small Winderburg old quarter and made it a retail lot.
It has the main room with the shop, a small terrasse outside and an upper floor with a chill area and 2 bathrooms.
Description
- Tray files only or mods included available for download
- Lot size: 20x20 (Winderburg Old Quarter Inn)
- Requires no specific but some items will need Get To Work to be functional.
- Place the tray files in My Document > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Tray
- If you download the Mods folder, make sure to extract the zip file in a folder where all my previous downloaded cc are so you can choose to ignore duplicates and avoid having twice the same items (it can slow down your computer)

(I recommend to have all my cc in one folder and unzip build cc folders inside of it so it overwrites content you already download to not create duplicates !)
