As you know, as an artist living in Japan, I respect Western culture. Western culture is progressive and advanced. But I'm worried that it's been going backwards lately.

I sickens me that PayPal (and by extension) Western credit card companies have such a strangle hold on art sites that aren't even in the West! And this is coming from a Westerner!
