A. The process of making a character's pose has accelerated.

Q. Have you changed your perspective on this job in a year?
A. The work is hard but happy. Because I really love this job. However, I think artists quit this job not because the work is hard, but because of too many obstacles.
Q. What are the obstacles that make an artist quit?
A. There are so many obstacles, but let me say a few representative things.
First, the stupid operation of the site's management. Even though the artists did not violate the site regulations, they are excessively punishing artists without proper investigation. In fact, half of the artists around me quit their art before the end of the year.
Secondly, the haters. Whether it is 3D art or 2D art, the results of the work are all valued by subjective evaluation. Therefore, when haters put malicious comments on the artist's work, the artist feels that the subjective evaluation is being taken very badly. This greatly reduces creative motivation. You should think about whether the comment you are posting is feedback or malicious comments.
Third, PCism, which is prevalent all over the world, is killing artists. It is a great moral arrogance. People just enjoy their hobbies in the virtual world without hurting anyone.
Q. I thought you'd call pirates an obstacle, but you didn't. Why?
A. When an artist becomes famous, it is inevitable that pirates will occur.
They are like barnacles on a turtle's shell. They cannot be completely eliminated.
I'm sure most artists are aware of this.
Q. Are you going to leave here?
A. If there is even one person who enjoys my work, I will not leave this place.
Q. You are raising your sisters alone. How are your sisters these days?
A. My youngest sister has to undergo several major surgeries.
It costs about $9,000 per operation. Maybe I should spend all my savings on my sister's surgery. But don't worry. I will continue my activities here under any circumstances. Rather, there was a reason why I should not stop working here for my sister's surgery.
Q. Do you have any plans to increase your work in a new genre in the future?
A. Not yet. I don't want to confuse my followers and subscribers.
Q. I recently saw someone force you to produce a particular genre or character. And there will be more and more of these people in the future. What are you going to do in the future?
A. I have an obligation to satisfy my current followers and subscribers first.
If someone wants me to do something different from the current flow, they can ask me for a commission. I will never accept such coercion if it is imposed on me.
This is because current followers and subscribers are the most important to me than anyone else. I don't negotiate with terrorists.
