Well she's still being developed but I imagine her casting blood magic. It can be used like the force in Star Wars. So I'd imagine it being like Han Solo-(James) against Kylo Ren-(Red Queen). She's not immortal so if he was able to get past her defense he'd have a chance. It could go either way. But she's gaining more power after the "ritual".
