Depends, I think, on what background rewrites the amulet did. We still don't have the rewrite explanation for how furries/therianthropes are normal, or if Mia is still mommy (correct me if I'm wrong). So it's possible she already popped out a perfectly normal human baby once before, sorta.

Dairy cow gonna be full blown dairy QUEEN once the pregnancy milk production hits. Ya know, it's probably her cow nature, but considering how big Mia got off a couple licks of that milk, I'm surprised peeper isn't trapped under a broodmother belly with how much preggo-milk she had.
