I was laughing because of the strangely ominous line about smelling the milk inside her and that the braindrained one wasn't quite horrified, and instead almost looked curious. Thought it might end up a case of "Joke's on you. I'm into that shit." Kinda hope she's not all gone or that she gets brought back at least mentally. It's not really karmic or cathartic if she got a full lobotomy for being a brat. Maybe the "daughter" wishes her back later (can't be easy having a mutant cow for a mother) and this is just a temporary sidelining so we can shift focus.

that last panel really sells the image of them no longer seeing her as human. not even "she used to be a human and isn't now." she's just straight up an animal to them and the magic's finally hit them to make it so she always was.
