Stress release meditation ð

When I can feel a lot of tension because my day was very busy and I was under lots of pressure, I love taking a warm bath in the evening and then follow up with a little mini meditation and relax on the bed before eating my dinner. In this case, Louis was being very disruptive but I just let him and focussed on my breath, which was very calming, in the end also for him. When we're experienced meditators, nothing should break our ability to focus, regardless of how disruptive our environment is ð
