No, there is no response as the connectiont took too long; thus a timeout. I just tried on Firefox and Chrome, and it gets through but I saw the WordPress "There has been a critical error on this website" error. It works despite the error however. Also noticed some posts are not being rendered at all (didn't happen before your updates), the main section where the post is, is completely blank.

so its error 504? and you have tried using a different internet browser?

Yes, I get the browser timeout error page. I use Chrome.

There is no error, the page never loads to the connection times out. It never reaches the server. Homepage usually works though, but not the posts.
