This narrow and claustrophobic alley is not quiet. You can hear loud moans and grunting, and on rounding a corner you see the source. A trio of RATGIRLs are busy servicing a pudgy nobleman. They're taking it in turns to blowjob him and fuck him up against the wall. They're also taking it in turns to help themselves to his possessions. The nobleman doesn't seem to be in any discomfort. He seems to be enjoying himself, but he also seems out of it as if drugged.
The RATGIRLs' attentions are focused on their latest mark, so the player can choose to sneak by without any penalty. He can also choose to intervene, in which case it's a tough battle vs 3 RATGIRLs. Because it's likely a tough battle, there might be a skill check to sneak up and take one out before the fight starts.
If the player wins, they'll find the nobleman to be grateful – he was fine with one RATGIRL, he didn't expect the other two to jump him for all of his possessions. He might give some info. He will be stingy with his rewards, but the player will get loot from defeating the RATGIRLs.
