Hey im new to the page..would downloading a new version overwrite my current save?

Don't worry about it so much. Your only mistake so far is that you're trying to give a precise launch date. All software have delays so try to give yourself some more time than what you think it will take. Rushing will only cause problems, if not now, then in the future. Also, I broke my hand so I can wait :D

It's embarrassing for us no matter what, we set the deadline (TWICE) but didn't make it in time, it bothers me alot.

I'm an engineer (like 7 years working), so... I would say that you probably should make a 0.4 version even if you don't release to us. Everything takes longer than you think it will, so you can't keep adding stuff or you'll never ship!

Personally I will take the longer wait for more content. As someone who has done programming its understandable that it takes more time in the early stages. Personal experience has taught me its better to get things mapped out to accommodate future ideas then it is trying to alter things down the road. A bit more time now will save so much time and effort down the road. That being said your artwork will certainly make the wait more bearable. Specifically more of that amazing butt.

i think if you can release 0.5 ver. at the middle of the may - better wait until game done on new engine and with new content.
