Hi! I think you are trying to manually remove her clothes, you should try select the cogwheel behind her rig and press N-> go to Properties and you will see several silders here to toggle on/off clothing parts.

If anyone is having trouble with the right hand rig, you have to turn on arm ik in the properties, it may throw off someone new, thinking a bone is missing xD.
