Oh! I know the answer to the question about the why China not the USSR question in Fallout! It was discussed in a few interviews over the years, but originally it was going to be between Russia and the USA (this was back when it was still a GURPS licensed game). But one of the staff members (I think it was Tim Cain) was on a business call with someone in Russia and the call was interrupted by gunshots. They asked what happened and their Russian colleague said the mafia was just taking care of some business in the streets, no big deal and went on with the call like nothing happened. The staff decided that with Russia in that current state, there was no chance Russia would be in any state even in a hundred years to be a global threat on the scale of the Cold War again. *nervous cough* Anyway, that's why they went with China as the opposing force against the United States in The Great War.

My favorite was when you'd grab one Stormtrooper and they'd grab hold of their buddy to try not to be throw off the cliff and drag them to their death as well.

Okay Star Wars the Force Unleashed 1 and 2 both let you pick up an enemy with force grip, electrocute them without letting go, impale them with your lightsaber and then throw them at their friends while they are crackling electrically so they explode and electrocute their friends, just saying.
