I think the Boogeyman is different in every country and has a different name accordingly. In Bulgaria, they call him Torbalan. In my country, they call him the black man. In kindergarten or school, children play a game about the black man. One of them stands in front of a small group and asks: Who's afraid of the black man? The group answers: Nobody! And the person in front of the group ask: And if he comes? The group answers with: Then we run! It's a catch and run game and one person plays the boogeyman (or the black man).
