I found this online, “ The episode is often considered one of the most surreal and powerful hours of television, transforming the historical event of the trinity atomic bomb test into a narrative about the birth of ultimate evil.” Sums it up pretty well. Not everyone loves it but it’s definitely one of the more surreal and powerful things you will see on TV. And the closest you’ll ever get to an origin story for Bob (and the show in general)
