I was not expecting that! I have some thoughts about this season but we'll talk once you're done with it. I admit tho hating the new intro, I just don't get the trend of slowing down every song. Veronica always needed therapy. And nothing wrong with not wanting getting married or having kids (gods know I'm the same) but you need to communicate with your partner. It's insane how much work Logan managed to do with his issues and how little Veronica did.

I love this season, so happy you are wattching. People are mixed on the reboot, but it's my favorite iteration after season 1 and the movie.

I don’t care what anyone says, this season is really good. 8 episodes is the perfect amount where we don’t need filler case of the week stuff. It’s the perfect length to give us one solid mystery that just keeps up momentum and propels forward with each episode. The show also looks great on location and in HD. The UPN didn’t quite have those production values in the early 00s. You will know why some people don’t like it at some point (you’ll know it when you see it). But for me that doesn’t take away from how good the season is overall and how much fun it is just to be back in VM universe after all these years. As for Veronica being toxic? She's always been that way. The show was always meant to be a sort of modern noir and all good leads of noir stories are hardened and toxic. But Veronica is toxic in a fun way. lol
