I heavily empathize with you here, having found myself acting as caregiver for my parents since the start of covid. I lost my mum last year (I'm still looking after my dad) & don't regret the time I spent looking after her, but it wasn't something I intended to do and it was very isolating. Again, not the same thing, but close enough to understand how hard it can be.

I am so sorry you going through it. I can relate somewhat. I am a caregiver for my mother and I just had to quit the last thing (choir) that I do outside the house because I can't get ANYONE to help me, so I am now trapped with no life and no friends and can't go anywhere. Not the same thing, I know, but misery loves company.
