The tiktok video was describing what’s called a bottle episode, where the whole episode is in one location. A good example for that is the Friends episode called The One Where No One Is Ready. Where Ross is trying to get everyone out the door and to an event. Rachel changes her outfit enough times that Ross gets frustrated and gets loud, then Rachel changes into lounge clothes. Phoebe gets a stain on her dress and wears a big bow thing.
