I love a good Lorne episode, and this did NOT disappoint! Love this lil wacky episode where Lorne just needs a lil nap. Him and Makayo, who is currently taking a nap on my chest right now, have a lot in common.

I adore Fred and Wes being drunk (presumily) and Gunn peeing on everything, but I do feel like this episode actually misses an opportunity to deepen Lorne's character. We only get more of the same old Lorne we already know, just kooky, because magic. I think Alley is right that the first twenty minutes should've been cut considerably in favor of more party hijinks and letting us dig deeper into Lorne's character. Like, say, how this job is like/unlike owning the bar (which the Angel team gets destroyed at least twice) or how it feels for an empath to constantly be surrounded by evil.
