Going to try and get both the spn full react up and edited up tomorrow. and most likely will try and post Buffy on Tues, but subject to change by a day or so :)

Xander saves the World again. First time was when he brought Buffy back to life in the season 2 finale . That bomb would have killed everybody, trying to close the hellmouth.

Great reaction!!! I love this episode so much. I felt it was necessary to address Xander’s insecurities about his place in the world and the group; it felt like his closure that when it comes down to it, he can save “the world” on his own without Slayer powers or magic. It was enough for him to know it himself and shows his growth because he didn’t feel the need to tell the group or Cordelia and get validation, he only needed his own. Very powerful. Also, I loved how meta it was. It felt like the show was commenting on its on tropes, the scene with Buffy and Angel being all dramatic almost felt like a spoof. I loved the apocalypse being the B plot. Everything is just great about this episode. I love it !!!!!
