True, I've considered this. In one hand, the truly popular characters win, while the lottery lets anyone 2nd to 11th get a chance. on the other, there will be repeats. Though no-one asked for XJ9 after she won the lottery. So i also figured people got satisfied after getting a win. I could just theme a future poll for non-winners to help offset this, I'll think about it for the next one.
