Community Service Sentence
🕑 Added 2025-01-10 15:57:09 +0000 UTC"Judge: Miss, I have carefully reviewed your case. For driving under the influence, causing damage to a public fire hydrant, and the subsequent altercation with the police, this court, considering it is your first offense, sentences you to pay for the damages caused and complete 100 hours of community service.
Spoiled rich brat: (Nervously) Community service? Um… What kind of work will I have to do exactly?
Judge: (In a diplomatic tone) Well, considering your… eh… limited work experience, we aim to assign you to a task that is interactive, educational, and, above all, motivational for the community. Something that will allow you to reflect on the importance of self-control and learning to share a smile even in difficult situations.
Spoiled rich brat: (Smiling with relief) Oh, that doesn’t sound so bad. Something like helping at a charity event or handing out flyers?
Judge: Something like that… Let’s say it will be an activity where you will learn the true value of humility and sacrifice… in a unique and participatory way. I’m sure you’ll find the experience… unforgettable.
Spoiled rich brat: (Innocently) Well, I guess I can handle that. Thank you, Your Honor.
Judge: (Smiling with barely concealed irony) You’re welcome, Miss. Remember to report tomorrow at 9 a.m. to the police station, where they will give you your... hmm, hehehe... uniform, and you will receive the relevant instructions."
