I've been unable to work properly because of mental stress-induced atrophy
The cause of my stress is the trivial things that anyone can go through in their daily lives.
But I haven't found an answer yet on how to deal with these daily difficulties.
I'm getting a lot of advice from people around me, but I haven't found an answer to solve the problem for me.
I hope I can solve this problem even if I'm late.
