To keep it short, a family member received bad news from their doctor which has made working on the game difficult. I won't go into any more details here but if you'd like to know more you can contact me on Discord for a better explanation. I'm happy to let you know what's going.
On to the news! The most recent release of the game has exposed some concerning bottlenecks in its code. I've received more reports of silent game crashes, and I'm working on removing these bottlenecks. These changes will likely increase transition times when moving from one location to another but should improve the game's stability.
Due to the IRL events I've decided to take the development direction of the game in to my own hands. This means that polls (for Patreon and Subscribe Star) will only consist of what art assets get worked on next. Speaking of art assets, SkullZombie has been working on pregnancy art for the game! Once all of the outfits are adapted I'll be adding Pregnancy (Optional) to the game.
What's coming in the next update? I'm glad you asked! I'll be adding Climax scenes to the game. I'll also be working on the sex scene mechanics for the game. As it is right now, sex scenes don't do anything aside from playing animations. This next update will fix that by adding three different "modes" to the game. The first mode will be "Free mode". This will allow you to view sexs scenes without losing stamina or gaining stats. The second mode will be "Game mode" and will be the default. "Game mode" will introduce climax bars to the game. These bars will fill up according to the character's stats. Once the bar fills up the corresponding character will climax and experience points will be rewarded based on character level. The last mode will be "Dialogue mode". This mode will be used for scenes in the game (like the Eva recruitment scene). "Dialogue mode" will not use Climax bars. Instead, scenes that use this mode will have branching dialogue that considers the character's stats.
In addition to the above, I'll also be working on adding more save slots to the game along with some other smaller QOL improvements. My main objective right now is to make the game as stable as possible before moving on (wouldn't want history to repeat itself).
I'd like to take this time to thank everyone for their kind words of support. I'm still devoted to working on the game regardless of my IRL situation and your continued support makes working on the game a nice reprieve from reality. Shit, it looks like the Simbro unfinished game curse strikes again. Joke apart, family and health first, always. I hope everything will be ok for your loved ones but if working on the game is a good place to hide for you, suit yourself.
