Alice Idle Animation Preview
🕑 Added 2022-10-14 00:43:44 +0000 UTCBack again with some more previews! Above, you can see The idle animation for Alice, albeit in low quality. Although the quality of the gif isn't great, I think this marks a significant milestone in development. Currently, the character artist is working on the Male idle pose, which we hope to have finished soon. We will move on to the "naughty" animations in preparation for the pre-demo.
Next, I want to talk about an idea I had recently. For context, the original game gave the player character a class called Adventurer. You couldn't change the class, and I always felt like it was out of place in the original game. So, I've been playing with the idea of making classes that you can choose from when creating your character. These classes will alter base stats and maybe even give you special fighting moves and/or clothes. You will have classes like Pimp, Bouncer, and Ex-Cop, along with others. It's just an idea, but I thought it might add a bit to the overall experience. What do you think?
Last but not least, I've been working with another background artist. I have yet to receive a complete background, but it looks like this should increase the output of backgrounds significantly if everything goes according to plan.

We don't plan to add it in until much later. As you mention, the clothing is a big issue. The amount of resources need make it difficult. But, we do plan to add it in eventually. We are also planning on adding a ton more optional fetishes.

will pregnancy still be included in late updates, or will you drop it, always was a big fan of that but the clothing limitation was a little annoying

1. Yes, the clothes will be separate parts so you can mix and match. 2. We do have plans for partial undress. 3. Definitely, high heels.

Now as more is revealed I have more questions and feedback. I really like character art style it does really feel better it is not strict profile view, but you can see both eyes. UI elements feels modern and clean, I just hope it won't become too sophisticated so it will be difficult to read. I also like idea of phone to manage it seems popular in games to use phone as some kind of management device. Referring to this post, I think expanding classes is a good thing. I would play around traits, you could make that classes give you positive and negative trait to allow different playstyles and increase replayability. As for idle animation is in low quality I cannot give my opinion on it yet, as some things may not be present in high quality model. Some questions: 1. Will clothes be seperate parts to allow mixing or they will be whole outfits? 2.Will there be partial undress like lifted/unziped/etc. top/skirt/pants/etc,? 3.High heels?
