I actually went to that video on Youtube and on there the vast majority of the comments were from this week and it's apparently gotten a massive amounts of dislikes thanks to Jim spotlighting how that CEO was human garbage(way worse then Randy Pitchford IMO).

After seeing those clips from the Let's Go Whaling conference, I quite literally deleted a mobile game I'd been playing because I then realized that a lot of what I'd been seeing in that game were the hooks and anchors the man was speaking of; and they'd started working on me before I realized what was happening :S It's disturbing how effective those tactics can be, even on people who think they're aware and immune to that level of manipulation.
