The Power of Storytelling, Character Arcs and Red Dead Redemption 2
🕑 Added 2023-07-14 18:56:09 +0000 UTCI recently opened a Substack for the sake of having a newsletter that goes straight into people's email. The paid content will be the same as on Patreon, so you'll already have access on this platform. Of course, you are more than welcome to subscribe to the free newsletter. But in either case, just for the sake of making things easier for you, I'll publish here a link any time I write an essay or anything of that sort. Here's my second essay for Substack: I explore the incredible story arc in the historical video game Red Dead Redemption 2. I hope you enjoy it.

History on Fire
sounds great!

I cant recommend the game Pentiment enough its by the studio that did fallout 2/new vegas. Its a murder mystery set in 16th century Germany, it delves deeply into religion, rebellion, and community and is very well researched. You can play it in italian, and most importantly it takes only about 10-15 hours
