Patreon Changes
🕑 Added 2019-05-08 19:05:14 +0000 UTCHello,
as you may have heard, many things are changing with History on Fire. Starting now, 2 episodes per year will be available on all free platforms. The other 13 will only available on the premium side of Luminary. The reason why I had to make this change is every episode of History on Fire takes an insane amount of time and energy to prepare, and unfortunately the free model (based on donations and ads) wasn't quite covering this time/energy investment. The reality is that you sweet people who supported the podcast represent less than 0.1% of listeners. You have been wonderful for doing that, but the fact that 99.99% of other listeners didn't contribute make keeping History on Fire free a bit complicated.
So, as a result of this, I'll have to freeze my Patreon account for the foreseeable future (starting a few days from now in order to give everyone a chance to see this message.)
Currently, Luminary is available in USA, Canada, UK, Australia. If you are in one of these countries, and you'd like to keep getting all the episodes of History on Fire, you can sign up at luminary.link/history If you don't feel like doing so, i hope you'll enjoy at least the two free episodes released every year. For those of you who are not in these countries, feel free to email me at bodhi1974@yahoo.com as i am scrambling to find a solution. Thank you so much for your support so far, and feel free to email me any time.
best,

Daniele, I completely understand the need to move the podcast to a more sustainable distribution system. It looks like the link in the post above doesn't work well. It goes to Luminary, but just continues to spin. Not sure what it suppose to do. Take one to a special sign up page? Thoughts
