Or Raichu's revenge on younger brother. It's basically the aftermath of Pichu Overgains Gassy Elder bros. Raichu has Pichu tied up and Raichu gives Pichu a bunch of infartulation mushrooms and than makes Pichu let out all the gas and poop. It could even be a hyperpoop video.
