I'm rapidly switching between well and unwell. I'm trying to enjoy my time off and feeling like I'm not making the most of my time off. Then I'm going to start a new job and I'm both excited and terrified. Please respond soon so that I know how to feel.

i keep having creative ideas but never enough motivation to do anything with them. probably something to do with the meds i take. side effects - can't live with em, can't live without em, right? i have been reading a lot of great books recently though (fernanda melchor's hurricane season, 5 stars) and i have a three week trip to barcelona for next year booked and paid for, so that's something to look forward to. just wish i could make music again. whatevs. catch u on the flippydoo x

Mixed bag. Got a decent paying engineering internship, so that rules, but its in Faribault and I live in St.Paul, so thats a hell of a drive. It does give me alot of commute time for podcasts and being alone with my thoughts, so thats also kinda nice. Burning alot of gas doing it though.... so yeah, mixed bag, mostly good. Hope all is well for Sr.Leo.

I'm happy that she'll be seeing family again, but I'll also be massively depressed, alone, and worried that covid variants may stop her from coming back for even longer.
